Total Rewards Analyst (Focus on Equity Administration and Executive Compensation)

Job Description:

Provides analytical support, ongoing research, financial modeling, and compensation analysis on the Total Rewards team. Will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of the company's long-term incentive plans. You will collaborate with internal business partners, engage with employees regarding long-term incentive questions, maintain our Equity Management Platform (Shareworks), and assist with employee education and training regarding the company's long-term incentive plans. This role may also join project teams focused on compensation or broader HR topics as appropriate.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Develop, implement, analyze, and administer long-term incentive policies, processes, and communications, while being the main contact point for the company's long-term incentive administration platform
  • Audit and process equity transactions for the global employee population, such as award grants, vesting transactions, award payout, and terminations.
  • Consult and develop compensation offers and programs for the company's senior leaders, including all elements of compensation - equitable salary offers, bonus, and long-term incentives which involve an analysis of the candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity issues, current market information, budgeting constraints, etc.
  • Assist in developing the materials for the Compensation Committee meetings. Partner with HR, Finance and Legal to develop materials
  • Support the development and review of the company's peers to perform benchmark analysis for Executive's total rewards package
  • Implement and maintain a competitive long-term incentive program through participation in compensation surveys, analysis of market movement and evaluation of all new and redesigned Executive job descriptions for accurate level placement
  • Design, generate and analyze a variety of special reports to monitor the integrity of our total reward programs and assess effectiveness in driving the right behaviors, alignment to company culture and financial impact
  • Perform audits for regulatory and policy compliance
  • Continually seek new and innovative methods and process improvement solutions to streamline all the activities involvedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting/Finance or related field
    • 2 to 3 years' experience in total rewards with a desired focus in Equity Compensation
    • CCP or CEP Preferred
    • Working knowledge of equity compensation plans and various types of equity, such as RSUs, ESPP, ISO/NQ Options, and SARs
    • Ability to partner with business units to understand their needs and develop suitable reward program recommendations
    • Proficiency in laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits in assigned geographic region
    • Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management system
    • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to think strategically with supporting analytical skills
    • Ability to interpret results, identify trends, issues and prepare recommendations
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to perform accurate work under the pressures of tight schedules
