Marketing - Intern
Location: Novi, MI
Hours: Paid 20+ hours per week; flexible with course schedules
Responsible Manager: Marketing Director
This paid role is based in our Novi, Michigan, office, where you will work alongside key members of our marketing team and directly support our entire team.
EOS North America is seeking Marketing Intern who is interested in honing their professional skills and contributing to our business as the world's leading technology supplier in the field of industrial 3D printing. This is a unique opportunity to not only join a fast- growing B2B marketing team, but to also gain experience working for an organization helping shape the future of manufacturing.
HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Marketing Intern will get great exposure and experience in all aspects of marketing within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The Marketing Intern will also gain valuable business knowledge and experience, and an understanding of how marketing impacts the greater organization, including its direct partnership with the Sales, Consulting, and Executive teams. The Marketing Intern position will work on a wide range of digital and traditional marketing communications activities. Desired background and education includes:
--- Pursuing or very recently achieved a degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, public relations, or business--- Business writing, technical writing a plus (examples appreciated); B2B marketing and copywriting a plus--- Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with vendors and EOS Partners--- Professional communication skills--- Familiarity using (all) Microsoft Office applications; and any understanding of marketing automation is desirable--- Interest in technology, manufacturing, or 3D printing a plus--- Technical aptitude preferred: ability to quickly learn EOS messaging, industry messaging, and learn new concepts--- Understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter--- Project management skills desirable, handling multiple projects across several departments--- Any coding experience or knowledge a plus--- Experience with graphic design and/or video production a plus
You will also have an opportunity to complete an agreed upon project and present your project summary at the conclusion of your internship.
