Job Description:
Working under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead,
will be responsible for writing technical documentation and
developing examples to teach engineers and scientists to use
MathWorks sophisticated software to design, model and simulate
engineering systems; writing technical documentation for Simulink
and its use in developing safety-critical control systems and
reducing fuel emissions; developing examples and technical
documentation to explain Simulinks add-on products and specialized
components for aerospace, communications, control logic, signal
processing, and video and image processing; working with customers
and customer-facing groups to identify use cases, workflows, user
tasks, and information needs; working hands-on with MathWorks
software and using this experience to write realistic tutorials,
examples and procedures for users; reviewing new features and
suggesting improvements; and helping design MathWorks
state-of-the-art tools before they are released to customers. Education and Experience: Masters degree in Engineering (or foreign education equivalent)
and no experience. Special Requirements: Demonstrated expertise performing object-oriented programming
using MATLAB and C++. Demonstrated expertise in C/C++ code generation from Simulink
and MATLAB. Demonstrated expertise writing technical reports or publications
on electrical engineering topics - signal processing,
communications, and control logic. Demonstrated expertise teaching Simulink and MATLAB for signals
and systems, including developing university-level curriculum and
laboratory tutorials of signal processing or communication
