Job Description:
Job Title: HVAC Technicians (Multiple Openings) – 80% Commercial
/ 20% Residential Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire About the
Role: We are looking for multiple skilled HVAC Technicians to join
our team. This role focuses primarily on commercial HVAC work
(80%), with some residential tasks (20%). Technicians will install,
maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring safety, quality, and
efficiency on every job. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain,
and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems Diagnose and
troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues Use standard
HVAC tools and equipment safely and efficiently Follow safety
protocols and company procedures at all times Manage time
effectively to complete assigned jobs on schedule Collaborate with
team members and communicate clearly with clients Maintain accurate
work records and documentation Requirements: Universal EPA
Certification High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s
license Knowledge of HVAC methods, tools, and equipment Strong time
management, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
