Job Description Job Description Description Perform manual construction labor both indoors and outdoors Operate heavy machinery as needed Read and understand construction drawings or other blueprints Effectively and efficiently complete assigned tasks Hand dig trenches, install conduit, and completes other tasks under supervision Follow safety protocols and use PPE (personal protection equipment) Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent Ability to use hand tools Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb and/or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check Must possess a valid driver’s license OSHA 10 preferred, but not required Summary Telecom Construction Services, Inc. offers medical, dental, vision and life and disability insurance, accident, hospital and critical illness insurance, a 401k and paid vacation.
