Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an opportunity to provide specialized speech-language
support within an elementary school setting. The role involves
working onsite three days a week, serving a caseload of
approximately 25 students in an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech
and language therapy to elementary students with ASD. Collaborate
with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective
communication strategies. Conduct assessments, track progress, and
maintain documentation to support student development. Participate
in team meetings and contribute to the creation of tailored
intervention plans. Qualifications and Experience: Must hold an
active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license. Possession of full
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology is required. Experience working in school-based settings,
particularly with elementary-aged children. Proven ability to
manage and treat a caseload effectively within an ASD-focused
environment. Location: This role is located onsite at an elementary
school in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Employment Details: Part-time
contract position. Approximately 22 hours per week, scheduled over
three days. Assignment duration is from ASAP through June 11, 2026.
