Yanfeng is seeking a highly talented lighting Chief Engineer. You will be leading our lighting engineering activity in NA representing our lighting expertise at customer and coordinating also activities with our other technical centers in China and Europe Yanfeng Technology is the integration of interiors, seating, electronics and exteriors into the global Yanfeng Technology unit (YFT) to accelerate the realization of it's SMART CABIN vision for future automotive interiors. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development lighting engineering team in NA to deliver pursuit and awarded programs.
• Customer lighting engineering team relationship build-up and maintenance.
• Bring support and guidance for lighting innovation strategy
• Analyze lighting systems requirements and define with his team the adapted lighting systems.
• Organize workload sharing between China and NA Tech center when needed.
• Collaborate with electronic and interior teams to generate perfect system integration. . Your Qualifications Experience/Skills
  • 8 years or more of proven experience in the automotive interior lighting engineering (automotive interior preferred but other areas also possible)
  • Understanding of inputs and outputs of simulation tools (LIGHTOOLS, SPEOS or LUCIDSHAPE) and optical laboratory means.
  • Business level English
