Role :- CAE Engineer

Location : Novi, Michigan (On-site )

Experience: 7-10 Years





Job Profile:

Skills :- ANSYS, CATIA scripting languages (i.e. Python, C, FORTRAN, etc.)

1 ) Familiarity with the operation and function of automotive heat exchangers (evaporator, heater core, radiator, condenser, etc.,), and fluid transport lines and hoses.

2) Have the ability to translate function, operation and customer test specifications into a CAE / virtual math model with appropriate initial and boundary conditions.

3) In-depth experience and expertise in the efficient utilization of one or more general purpose CAE pre/post-processor(s) and solver(s) (Abaqus, ANSYS, Optistruct and NASTRAN applications preferred).

4) Ability to collaborate and leverage an offshore, 2-person support team of modelers / meshers located at our Hanon Systems Pune office.

5) Experience with Catia V5 CAD tool and basic Linux skills. Capable with one or more computer programming or scripting languages (i.e. Python, C, FORTRAN, etc.).

6) Experience in utilizing high performance computing systems for advanced CAE simulations.
