This role will ensure the highest level of quality in program execution, tracking, and monitoring the progress of deliverables for programs in the Automotive division to ensure adherence to Harman BMS PLM processes within the NA OEMs programs and ADAS platform.What You Will Do* Collaborate with global APQP team members to define and execute the Quality Plan in accordance with organizational BMS and ASPICE standards for large programs.* Ensure all artifacts required at each phase of the project are present in the project file repository.* Plan and schedule cross-functional quality activities worldwide in global regions such as maturity level reviews, preparation for customer audits, lessons learned, and internal quality updates.* Manage, execute, and track quality activities in projects to achieve targets for time, cost and quality; in case of deviations drive escalations at different levels internal and external and track to closure.* Report program health status regularly to different internal and external management levels. This includes monthly product maturity reports and executive reports.* Coordinate quality-impacting escalations on the program side between all parties. Drive the organization at Harman and customer, together with the quality counterpart at the customer, to achieve high-quality software during development up to the serial phase.* Coordinate and assure Harman quality requirements to the customer* Conduct pre-assessments with the appropriate process owners to ensure the artifacts are on track for each formal gate review, in accordance with ASPICE and IATF standards* Implement quality gates for any/all deliverables that go to customer.* Ensure that Harman PLM processes lessons learned, and best practices are understood and effective in practice. Responsible to organize and moderate the LL and 8-D meetings.* Maintain and understand all internal and external quality requirements.* Address audit findings and assure proper action plans.* Set up, track, and analyze metrics and Key Performance Indicators, according to the BMS, for each project.* Collaboration with other regional quality teams and global teams to ensure process adherence across the organization* Contribute towards organizational process definition/updatesWhat You Need* Bachelor's Degree in engineering related field.* 8+ years of experience in Automotive Quality and Program Management in similar programs* Understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodologies, including Unit Testing, Static Code Analysis, SW, and Design FMEA.* Knowledge of Plant Quality and PPAP procedures* Thorough knowledge of management systems, at least one of CMMi or Automotive SPICE.
