Job Description:

currently seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to join our
Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team. This role
involves maintaining and enhancing the functionality and
performance of mobile mechanical and electrical systems across
multiple sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role
in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of facilities
under JLL management, applying innovative solutions and
cutting-edge technology to solve complex problems in an
ever-evolving industry landscape. Conduct regular inspections and
maintenance of mobile electrical and mechanical systems to ensure
compliance with safety standards and operational efficiencies.
Troubleshoot and repair mobile systems and equipment across various
properties. Implement sustainability practices in mobile operations
to support JLL's commitment to environmental conservation.
Collaborate with facility managers to coordinate maintenance
schedules and minimize operational disruptions. Prepare and update
documentation regarding mobile equipment and system performance.
Strong technical skills in mobile mechanical and electrical
systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of
equipment. Familiarity with sustainability practices in facility
management. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight
deadlines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) is preferred.
Professional Engineering (PE) license is advantageous.
