Director's Assistant Job Description AKWEL is an automotive components manufacturer offering a world class expertise in two main areas of activity: fluid management and mechanisms. MAIN MISSIONS We need a hands-on problem solver that is resourceful and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude. The post holder assists the Product Line Director in the various important and sensitive administrative activities required for the proper functioning of the assigned unit. Assists with administrative tasks
Responsible for updating the budget under the direction of the manager
Responsible for management dashboards on the assigned area of responsibility
Maintains and contributes in the Company overview updates
Arranges and coordinates meetings and conferences
Attends to supervisory meetings and drafts meeting minutes
Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received
Takes part in administrative studies, data consolidation and prepares time sensitive reports in the course of the year REPORTS TO The Engineering Director's Assistant reports to the Product Line Director SKILLS PROFILE Qualifications and Experience: High School graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Professional abilities: Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills
Financial acumen
Understanding of working to deadlines
Excellent excel and power point knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Commitment to continuous learning This position offers a generous compensation package, including a starting salary of 55K, 401K, health, dental and vision plan, annual vacation, insurance and annual bonus. All positions are fully on-site and in-person. This is a full time position (40 hours per week).
