Shift Manager (PIC) -Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is looking to bring on a ROCK-STAR Shift Manager to help us grow. We have a great team and great employees, and are looking to add to the team.You will start as a shift manager in training and have a fixed schedule.Prior management skills, preferably in the restaurant field, is preferred but not required.Prior Jimmy John's experience is a big plus!!! -Shift Managers will be responsible for ensuring company systems and procedures are followed, delegating jobs, leading staff, and fostering a positive work environment.The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic, personality, and team spirit, all focused around delivering world class customer service. -Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is known for its obsession with fresh, quality products and high-speed execution. The French and whole-wheat bread is baked in-house daily and every vegetable, cheese and all-natural meat is freshly sliced at the restaurant each and every day at every one of our locations across the country.
