Position Summary:

• 
  
• Main contact for engineering team and customer (OEM and Japan HQ) for customer's program and to maximize customer satisfaction with given internal resources
  
• Passes customer requirements onto internal departments after examining internal resources and coordinates communications with the program team
  
• Leads company activities to support customer meetings and facilitate change management in product design and development
  
• Support team in job order delivery, status, budget, and usage
  
• Track KPI for Automation, validation output, and delivery output for tech fabrication team
  
• Responsible for keeping track of sample requirements and coordination with HQ for pre-production and during production phases
  
• Coordinate plans throughout the development with sales and PC
  
• Ensure to meet internal and external requirements and present the status of the programs in management reviews
  
• Manage development process from business award to start of production including changes in scope
  
• Generates and maintains all necessary documentation and data systems in all areas/programs responsible to ensure traceability and compliance to Company procedures
  
• Maintenance of JIRA tickets, issue tracker for all engineering team
  
• Control of release notes and S/W release for development
  
• Parts tracker for test environment and builds for customer
  
• Team hoisin monthly tracker review
  
• Jira/ BitBucket controller
  
• Scrum master and master schedule control
  
• Job order budget control and job order resource maintenance
  
• PO/ PMR tracker
  
• Parts order tracker
  
• Equipment master controller
  
• P&L tracker for ETG
  
• Participate in planning, creation, and schedule of team budget and activities
  
• The teammate will be also be participating in group evaluations of Infotainment products and assisting the evaluation team with research and documentation tasks.
  
• Schedule would be 40 hrs/week.

  • Experience in the automotive electronics industry and PM experience
    
  • JIRA & Confluence experience
    
  • Business admin experience
    
  • Strong excel skills
    
  • Understanding of Bitbucket usage
    
  • Project coordinator experience
    
  • Strong PowerPoint skill
    
  • SCRUM certification a plus, experience with successful Agile techniques, knowledgeable in techniques to fill gaps in the SCRUM, ability to analyze and think quickly to resolve conflict, ability to adapt to a changing environment.
    
  • Japanese language ability is a plus.
