    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    
    The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing the industry's best therapeutic massage in a professional and inviting environment where clients experience the Sandstone Signature.
    
    To achieve this goal, the Massage Therapist is responsible for adhering to established "Signature Path" procedures and processes to ensure a flawless "Sandstone Experience" including but not limited to:
    
    
    • Perform consistent, top-of-the-line massages, and body treatments for our guests.
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Using the intake process, gather information to develop a treatment plan together then educate guests on what to expect during the session
    • Following the session, debrief with the client and make recommendations for a client's return massage visit
    • Write accurate and timely SOAP notes
    • Assist with keeping the studio clean but completing cleaning checklists
    • Maintain licensure, CEU requirements, and current liability insurance.
    • Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations and Sandstone's privacy practices.
      QUALIFICATIONS:
      
      
      • Customer service skills
      • Training in clinical, deep tissue, and Swedish massage
        
        • Training in additional massage modalities welcome: Trigger point therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranio Sacral Therapy, Stretching, Reflexology, Oncology Massage, etc.
        • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
        • Valid licensure and current liability insurance
        • Valid driver's license*
