Job Description:
Seeking a Board-Certified family physician to provide
comprehensive care including preventive, chronic, pediatric,
reproductive, mental health, and urgent services in a diverse
community health setting.
Work as part of an integrated Care Team alongside nurses, mental
health providers, and specialists.
Lead clinical care, participate in quality improvement, and
potentially teach residents and students.
Conduct 20-minute patient visits, with 80% direct care and 20%
administrative time, utilizing Epic EHR.
Position offers full-time or part-time hours, with some evening and
Saturday shifts, competitive salary ($189K-$253K), benefits, and
opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications include California licensure, community health
experience preferred, bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable,
and commitment to equitable, patient-centered care.
