Job Description Locums | CRNA | Scheduled Clinical Hours | Novi & Southfield, MIWhy This Role - Flexible scheduling with optional extended-hour and weekend shifts - Supervised anesthesia care team with physicians handling blocks/regionals - Consistent case volume at a reputable health system across two campuses Assignment Details - Start Date: ASAP - End Date: Ongoing - Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours - Schedule: Flexible shifts (8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours), including late (3p–11p) and weekends - Minimum: 3 weekdays per week; Friday availability required for temps - Guarantee: 40 hours available - Setting: Inpatient; float between Novi & Southfield (notice provided day prior) - Cases: 15–20 per site daily (36–46 total); neuro, endoscopy, radiology; limited pediatrics - Supervision: 4:1 CRNA model; CRNAs place own arterial lines - Call: None - EMR: Epic Requirements - Board Certified CRNA - Active MI license - BLS, ACLS, PALS - Clean background - Flu vaccine (or exemption) required - Local providers highly preferred (mileage-only or all-inclusive) - All time-off requests must be submitted up front Clinical Details - Procedures: - Independent arterial line placement - Neuro anesthesia - Endoscopy anesthesia - Radiology anesthesia - Must float between two campuses and adapt to fast-paced settings Compensation - Rates: Facility is accepting bids - Malpractice: Provided - Travel: Reimbursed (locals preferred)
