1099 Locum Tenens Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
(CRNA) Facility: Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital Start Date:
Once credentialed (60–90 days) Openings: 1 Schedule Nights only
Shift Options: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12 hrs), 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (8
hrs), or 24 hr (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) Night coverage only, no day
shifts Requirements Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) – Required Active
Michigan license – Required ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA) – Required Flu
vaccine (or exemption) – Required Clean background and malpractice
