Full-Time Preferred | Temp Privileges Available | Supervised Model
| Neuro/Endo Focus Location: Detroit, Michigan, 48374 Job Overview
? Start Date: As soon as credentialed ? Schedule Options: 8s, 10s
(most common) 12s, 16s, or 24-hour shifts available Evening
(3p–11p) and weekend shifts available Friday availability required
for temp privileges Providers must be able to float between two
nearby locations (assigned the day before) ? 40-hour guarantee
available Practice Details Case Mix: Neuro, Endoscopy, Radiology
Limited pediatric cases ? No cardiac cases ?? Supervised CRNA model
(4:1 ratio) CRNAs must perform their own arterial lines Most
blocks/regionals handled by supervising MDs 36–46 cases/day across
both sites EMR: Epic Compensation & Conversion Terms Mileage-only
reimbursement considered for local providers ?? Credentialing:
60–90 days (Expedited privileges possible for those with Friday
availability) ? Requirements Please confirm the following at name
clear: ? Board Certified CRNA ? Active Michigan License ? ACLS &
BLS (AHA) ? PALS ? Clean background and malpractice history Flu
Vaccine (or valid medical exemption) Time-off requests must be
