About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink
Systems, Inc. to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Rochester,
Michigan, 48307! Job Title: RN - Emergency Department Location
(On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Rochester, MI (onsite) Contract
Duration: Contract until 04/25/2026 Work Hours: 7p-730a No Call.
Every Other Weekend, Must be available for at least one holiday Day
and Eve, 3-12's. Total Weekly Hours: 36 Job Summary: Provides
leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality
compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide,
delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and
family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family
information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions
for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of
solutions. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Clinical
knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective
nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is
assigned. -Ability to perform a wide variety of professional
nursing services. -Ability to effectively communicate with
patients, families, and hospital personnel. Preferred Skills &
Experience: -N/A Education: Required Education: -Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Preferred Education: -Bachelor s
degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure:
-Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. -BLS
Preferred Certification & Licensure: -N/A Schedule Notes:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
System: Cerner experience required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
required; PALS and TNCC preferred Schedule: 7pm - 730am; Every
other weekend RTO: 1 week allowed OT is billable after 48 hours 5
