LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Battle Creek, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 36 or 48 hour weeks available Will float to other Med Surg units Will work every other weekend. Michigan RN License BLS (AHA) (will accept pending, please confirm willing to obtain) 2 Years Med/Surg Experience Preference. Minimum 1 year Required. Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nights Ratios may flex to 7-8 patients, but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instances Floating depends on need- typically float to other units once per week roughly Why LanceSoft?
