ICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing,
planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned
patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervision of
staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The ICU Registered
Nurse is accountable to support the facility's leadership to ensure
high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. This position
involves managing the competency of clinical staff and appropriate
