an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a 20-day locum
tenens assignment in Michigan starting Feb 1, 2026. This
opportunity offers a flexible schedule with available 12- or
24-hour shifts and covers a range of acute care cases in both adult

Duties Provide emergency medical care to adult and pediatric
patients Perform family medicine and emergency procedures,
including: Adult and pediatric outpatient management Newborn
resuscitation Orthopedic care of non-displaced fractures Suturing
of minor lacerations Incision and drainage Management of
uncomplicated psychiatric cases (adult, child/adolescent,
geriatric) Diagnosis and management of common industrial-related
medical issues Airway management and various ventilation modes
Evaluation and management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
Central and arterial line placement EKG interpretation
Arthrocentesis, lumbar puncture, and paracentesis Other emergency
medicine-related procedures Additional Information Must be board
certified in Emergency Medicine by ABEM or AOBEM BLS and ATLS
certifications required Active Michigan medical license required at
time of submission Provider must be local to Michigan Emergency
department experience highly preferred Clean background for rapid
credentialing is mandatory Self-Query NPDB report required within
recent 90 days Desired shift selection required at time of
