Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist | Anesthesiology - Neurology Location: Novi, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location Novi, Michigan (Ability to float between two nearby locations required) Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a hospital-based locum assignment in Novi, MI. This role offers schedule flexibility, a supervised care model, and exposure to a variety of anesthesia cases , including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology procedures. This opportunity is well-suited for CRNAs seeking consistent hours, flexible shift options, and a collaborative clinical environment . Assignment Details Coverage Type: Locum (Full-Time Preferred) Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts Shift Availability: Day, late shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and weekends available Schedule Flexibility: Providers may float between two locations (typically notified one day in advance) Weekly Hours: 40-hour guarantee available On-Call: None Pay Rate: Competitive compensation package Clinical Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for a range of procedures including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases Provide anesthesia care in a supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio) Manage airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring throughout procedures Perform arterial line placements independently Participate in perioperative patient care (pre-op, intra-op, post-op) Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and procedural teams Document all anesthesia care accurately using the facility EMR Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards Practice Environment No cardiac cases Limited pediatric cases; primarily adult procedures Average total volume: 36–46 cases per day across both locations Physicians typically perform their own regional blocks Supportive, team-oriented anesthesia department ?
