Performs treatment simulations, fabricates shielding blocks, and maintains accurate EMR documentation. Prepares and quality-checks equipment, follows infection control and radiation safety standards, and adheres to McLaren and nationally accepted practices. Maintains professional, collaborative relationships with medical staff.
