This role focuses on treating children from infancy through adolescence, offering preventive health maintenance for healthy children and medical care for children who are acutely or chronically ill. The Pediatric Physician will collaborate with a high-caliber team to tailor care plans that utilize the latest in medical technology and practices, aimed at improving patient outcomes at every encounter. Provide comprehensive medical services for children from birth to 18 years of age, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. Counsel and guide children and their families on various health and lifestyle issues. Supervise and manage the pediatric healthcare team to ensure compliance with current medical practices and standards. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children’s health and wellness. Maintain a collaborative relationship with other physicians and healthcare staff to facilitate an integrated approach to healthcare. Keep abreast of advancements in pediatric medicine and integrate cutting-edge practices for better health outcomes. Strong diagnostic skills Excellent ability to communicate complex medical information to children and their families Capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail Ability to remain updated with the latest clinical and pharmaceutical advancements Leadership skills to oversee a pediatric healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Valid medical license Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
