Collaborative multidisciplinary anesthesia care team •

certifications accepted Requirements • Board Certified CRNA
(NBCRNA) – REQUIRED • Active Michigan RN License – REQUIRED (in
hand at presentation) • ACLS – REQUIRED • BLS – REQUIRED • CRNA
work experience required (no new graduates) • Clean Malpractice &
License History – REQUIRED • Willingness to work varied shifts,
weekends, and on-call – REQUIRED • DEA (required prior to start) •
CSR/CDS (required prior to start) • Not accepting candidates
commuting more than 1 hour • Not accepting alternate shift schedule
