experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) looking
for autonomy, flexibility, and a collaborative inpatient
environment? A growing hospital-based anesthesia team in Novi,
Michigan is expanding and seeking a full-time CRNA to join its
dynamic practice. With a flexible self-scheduling model, diverse
case mix, strong compensation, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus, this

balance. Position Overview As a full-time CRNA, you will:
Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for
surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures Provide care
to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including
pediatric and geriatric populations Conduct comprehensive
pre-anesthetic assessments Develop and implement individualized
anesthesia care plans Monitor patients intraoperatively and
postoperatively Provide airway management services throughout the
hospital Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies Participate in
on-call coverage Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists,
nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Document patient care in
EPIC EMR Flexible Self-Scheduling Model Enjoy true schedule
flexibility with coverage options including: 8-hour shifts 10-hour
shifts 12-hour shifts 16-hour shifts 24-hour shifts This model

maintaining strong team collaboration. Candidate Requirements
NBCRNA Board Certified CRNA Active Michigan License BLS & ACLS
Certifications Clean malpractice and license history Must specify
years of CRNA-only experience Willingness to work varied shifts
including weekends and on-call DEA & CSR/CDS (must obtain prior to
start) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on
