Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at a Premier Outpatient Surgery Center in Novi, MI Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become an integral part of our dynamic anesthesia team at a busy outpatient surgical center. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality anesthesia care across a broad spectrum of outpatient procedures, working in a collaborative environment with experienced CRNAs and physicians. The position involves travel to multiple ambulatory sites to support diverse surgical cases, providing a stimulating and rewarding professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations and formulate individualized anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient s needs. Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care, in coordination with surgeons and healthcare team members. Continuously monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and promptly address any anesthesia-related complications. Provide post-anesthesia recovery care with a focus on pain management and patient comfort. Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, and across ASA classifications. Manage airway devices and address airway emergencies throughout procedures. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless perioperative care. Travel to multiple ambulatory surgical sites as needed to support regional operations. Maintain current Board Certification and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active NBCRNA certification. Valid ACLS and BLS certifications. No lapsed or recent certifications; candidates must have current certification. Proven experience in outpatient or ambulatory anesthesia settings. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Candidates seeking stable, full-time employment are preferred. Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates.
