Summary: : CST is currently seeking full time professionals to provide high quality customer care through problem resolution and effective troubleshooting of our customersa life saving devices. Team members in our Customer Service Department are responsible for outbound calls as well as answering inbound telephone inquiries from our partners, customers, emergency personnel, case managers, and those who care for our seniors. Ensuring our customers inquiries are answered accurately, timely, and with the utmost patient empathy and quality are critical components of our Care Center. • Bi-lingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule
• Deep compassion for older adults, as well as physically and medically at risk individuals
• Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to the team on all levels
• Ability to handle routine and repetitive tasks at varying paces
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Analytical, written and data entry skills a must
• Pleasant telephone manner
