We are looking for an HR Staffing Coordinator to assist with recruiting and hiring Caregivers, CNA's, and Home Health Aides. We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Staffing Coordinator to join our team.The ideal candidate must live within 20 miles of Novi, MI. (If you live outside this distance please do not apply!) We are looking for that special person that understands and buys into why we do what we do, is equally committed to our growth and success, and is compassionate about helping the seniors, disabled, and accident recovery clients we serve.The HR Coordinator will manage all functions of our daily recruiting, hiring, and staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have HR or Recruiting experience, strong communication, organization and customer service skills. They will be sharp, professional, detail oriented, high energy, task oriented, and have a great "Can Do" attitude. A solid background in home health care recruiting and staffing is a plus.Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):

• Screen, interview, and hire caregivers continuously
• Complete and or assist with new hire orientations
• Oversee and complete reference checks, background checks, and DL's checks
• Organize, facilitate, and where applicable attend all employee recruiting activities including job boards, CNA & nursing schools, job fairs, and colleges
• Attend caregiver fairs and industry events
• Conduct all pre-screening requirements for candidates
• Schedule and interview candidates/Complete onboarding of candidates
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes toward company goals
• Serves as the principal contact for newly hired employees, including processing new hire paperwork, coordinating required medical testing and in putting background checks to appropriate agencies
• Maintain all hourly personnel files, including daily filing of active and terminated employee paperwork. Maintain electronic employee files. Verify I-9 documentation, update HR paperwork and documentation as needed
• Coordinate and/or facilitate staff development programs.
• Respond to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures and programs
• Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and prompt attention to concerns
• Accurately Process and transmit hourly payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Assist with the scheduling of caregivers as needed
• Complete special projects as needed and assigned
• Assist with planning employee events
• Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations
• Manage an employee Retention Program
• Answer phones in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Accept on-call duty including a minimum of 1-week day call and 1-weekend call per month as directed by the operations managerThe ideal candidate will Possess:
  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, and/or staffing

    • Competitive base salary!
    • Earning Potential: $42,500 - $52,500
