**Job Description****POSITION SUMMARY:**The Technical Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for managing the technical support for large-scale, cross-functional and multi-location manufacturing capacity expansion, and consolidation projects to ensure the delivery of world-class performance (safety, quality, delivery, and cost). This manager must be able to excel in managing change and stakeholder communication at various organizational levels, inside and outside the organization. They must be able to lead multiple technical projects and consistently deliver on deadlines and budgetary requirements. This role will initially be responsible for the execution of the Gas Capacity Expansion at the Thomasville plant but may have responsibility for other similar projects and project support for other locations in the future. The individual will be responsible for driving the overall timeline, project plan, communication on progress, alignment, collaboration, and ownership between workstreams as it relates to technical activities to ensure target dates and goals are met.**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**+ Develop project plans that include scope, resourcing, timing, and budget related to all technical activities related to new equipment, facility preparations, and refurbishment of equipment+ Ensure stakeholder communication during all phases of the projects and at all levels of the organization+ Lead large multi-faceted projects including multiple pieces of equipment, extensive site prep at the manufacturing facility, and management of multiple cross-functional teams+ Ensure every milestone of the technical project is executed up to standards and ultimately is responsible for the overall success of the project+ Work extensively with project workstreams to ensure alignment, ownership, and commitment to critical milestones and financial accountability to the budget+ Oversee the management of timelines and payment schedules with suppliers to ensure cost, timing, and equipment capabilities meet expectation+ Facilitate successful validation runoffs at current facilities, vendors, and future facilities to ensure a seamless transition from supplier to BMC plants+ Coordinate technical resources, preventative maintenance plan, critical spares, etc. to support new and transitioned equipment in production+ Support the quality validation, PFMEA, CP, determining safe launch and quality audit requirements for both exit PPAPS and entry PPAPS+ Support the coordination of bank builds to support project efforts and ensure no quality issues or customer supply disruptions+ Tracking KPIs on CAPEX commitments related to ensuring committed return on investment based on payback, production targets, etc.+ Foster an environment of coaching and mentoring to continuously develop employees and enhance operational excellence+ Advise on engineering best practices related to new equipment, tooling, and infrastructure to ensure project and equipment decisions meet or exceed stakeholder requirements**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**+ Minimum 5 years operations management and/or large-scale complex manufacturing capital project management responsibility+ Minimum of 15 years technical experience in large scale manufacturing most closely aligned to mechanical, electrical, and facilities engineering+ Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation ranging from semi-automated to automated equipment+ Experience in facility infrastructure management and safety/environmental best practices+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering, operations management, or other comparable fields+ Experience in manufacturing or operations environment with a deep understanding of manufacturing operation concepts+ Must be detail-oriented with great communication and presentation skills. Able to communicate across all levels of the organization+ Project management experience leading multiple cross-functional teams through complex projects and new processes+ Experience with equipment purchase, validation, runoff, and installation+ Experience in problem-solving, contingency planning, seeing around the corner, conflict resolution, facilitation, being agile and dealing with ambiguity+ 50% travel with 50% onsite in Thomasville**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**+ Experience with MS Project and Smartsheet+ Lean-Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt or other comparable LSS certifications+ PMP certification or equivalent+ Experience with equipment design or design modification**Company**BrassCraft Manufacturing CompanyFull time_Masco Corporation_ _(the "Company") is an equal opportunity employer and we want to have the best available persons in every job.
