Customer Service - Field Service/Order Processing Admin

This opportunity is for a highly motivated and organized
individual whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing support to the Regional Service Managers in resolving all
customer service related topics in a timely manner, corresponding
with Field Service Technicians/Engineers in the completion of
service orders/paperwork, working together with other departments
in the US/Germany to provide customer satisfaction in the service
What You Will be Doing:
Completion of service orders in a timely manner, to include
coordinating with the Field Service Engineer/Technician so that all
the paperwork is turned in promptly, updating the Regional Service
Manager on any outstanding documents or issues that may arise.
Generating/tracking quotes, purchase orders, order acknowledgments,
and service-related invoices performed at customer locations.
Process aftermarket quotes and orders.
Generate weekly/as-needed reports for the Regional Service
Assisting in the resolution of customer's service/billing
Assist with FS Engineer/Technician Inventory.
Generate/distribute monthly reports to the Field Service
Refer unresolved customer grievances to EOS management for further
Work with Life Cycle Solutions Team for completion of service
contracts in ERP system, contract renewals, and provide feedback
about the types of contracts/coverage levels.
Being Proactive - recommending improvements in service or billing
methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.
Main point of service contact for key accounts
Back-up other FS Administrators when needed.
