This Client sister company Arriver is looking for a qualified on site Linux Technician to support their 100+ users in their Novi facility. This person will be the primary Linux OS resource as they currently have an individual that is handling most of the Windows work. They would like both people to be cross-trained to some extent, but this person will be their Linux expert on site.. They focus on technology that helps with advanced driver assistance systems, next gen camera's for night and safety purposes, as well as autonomous vehicle technology. They will be assisting with developers, engineers, and algorithmic specialists that engineer the equipment within lab and test settings. They will all facets of end user support, mobile device management, and any type of technology issues that users have.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This job will be alot of remote support as most employees deemed non-essential are still working from home, however support will be expected to be on site at least 4 days a week. They will be handling anything related to software installs, upgrades, regular trouble tickets, Service Now ticket tracking, as well as handling training and mobile device management for users. This person will be part of a 2 person team on site in Novi. This is a global group so they have a user base that expands globally, but this person is mostly tasked with just Novi.
