USA**Position Overview**Autodesk's Manufacturing Informed Design
team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join
our team. Our organizational ecosystem comprises cloud services,
desktop add-ins, and web client components. In this role, you will
be instrumental in developing components and services across the
Manufacturing Informed Design organization. This is an opportunity
to work on applications that directly impact the millions of users
of Autodesk products while changing the Manufacturing and
Construction industries.Autodesk is in the process of transforming
architecture, engineering, and construction workflows. As a
Software Engineer in the Manufacturing Informed Design group, you
will take on a highly visible role in building out the future by
bringing manufacturing information to the beginning of the building
design process.**Responsibilities**+ Involved with all aspects of
software development, working to create and maintain the most
reliable, secure, performant and extensible desktop add-ins and
interoperability for our customers by combining our well adopted
desktop products with our cutting-edge cloud technologies+ Partner
closely with product managers, product owners, software architects
and other stakeholders to iteratively turn high level requirements
into product enhancements that are delivered to customers
incrementally and continually+ Be an integral member of the scrum
team and contribute to our codebase and overall team success+
Contribute to software design and architecture by leveraging
software design patterns and injecting your expertise into the
entire development lifecycle+ Contribute to improvements in
processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness and
efficiency of the team in responding to customer and business
needs+ Document and present your ideas and solutions accurately and
thoroughly+ You will be part of an agile product team of smart and
highly motivated individuals building world-class desktop add-ins,
cloud software applications, and services+ You will work in a
global team and collaborate with local and remote colleagues from
various disciplines like business, engineering, operations,
support, etc.+ You will work with the latest technologies in a

others**Minimum Qualifications**+ Fluent in C# programming language
and dotnet framework+ 2+ years of hands-on development experience
working with C#+ 2+ years of windows desktop application
development experience+ Experience working with .NET native
interoperability including Component Object Model (COM)+ Excellent
verbal and written communication in English+ BSc in Computing
Science degree, engineering, or experience in such
fields**Preferred Qualifications**+ 3-5+ years of hands-on
development experience working with C# and dotNet framework+ 3+
years of hands-on windows desktop development experience+
Development experience with javascript/ typescript+ Experience
working with .NET native interoperability including Component
Object Model (COM)+ Experience with building scalable and secure
APIs and microservices+ Good communication skills with the ability
to converse with multiple audiences not limited to SW Developers,
Managers, etc.+ Strong preference for simple solutions first
approaches over complex solutions+ Self-directed and strong sense
of ownership+ Development experience with Autodesk CAD applications
- Inventor/ Inventor addins, Revit/ Revit addins+ Experience with
other coding languages including C++ Experience with AWS or cloud
