In your role you will oversee and drive strategic technology partnerships across all HARMAN Division, including Automotive, Lifestyle and Digital Transformation Solutions in close collaboration with the CSO, the CTO and the Business Units. Partners will comprise the BigTechs, Hyperscalers, SoC-suppliers as well as innovative start-ups for next-gen technologies like Metaverse, human-centric sensors or G-AI - just to mention a few examples.What You Will Do* Define and set-up the corporate process/standards for the Management of Strategic Technology Partnerships* Develop partnerships strategies for defined key technology partner (prospects) in collaboration with the responsible BU and Purchasing; technology partners are predominantly GAFA, hyperscalers, SoC-players, technology leading start-ups* Negotiate strategic long-term partnership deals together or supported by the responsible BU and purchasing* Drive partnership growth, i.e. orchestrate senior leadership meetings, manage co-creation projects, continuously develop partner strategies and roadmaps* Support BUs with deep technology know how and understanding of partnership business modelsWhat You Need* Bachelors degree in Electric Engineering, Computer Science or related field* MBA from a leading business school or 3+ years experience in a Strategy Consulting Company* 10+ years of experience in Automotive or Consumer Electronics* Experience in Product Management, Business Development and Partner Management* Strong Leadership, ownership of results, influencing and collaboration skills* Previous experience working within a global matrixed organization* Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal and have the drive to push the shared goal to conclusion.
