Essential Functions and Responsibilities:The minimum requirement for any team member of our company is to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, with a commitment to a workplace of dignity and respect, in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity standards and regulations. We also require, as a minimum standard, that all team members have the ability to accept direction and constructive criticism from supervisors and managers. Monitor and process loan file requests, loan change requests, loan payoff checks, department mail and close accounts. Investigate all insurance mail, paying all homeowners insurance bills from escrow.Answer requests and phone calls from members or other companies. This includes extensive research and corrections - requiring that loan documents be located and the thorough knowledge of both simple and amortized interest loans.Perform duties related to loan scanning, loan indexing, and system loan reversals. Perform end-of-day and end-of-month processing as needed.Resolve daily loan servicing issues.Assist with Lending and Servicing system issues, efficiency issues and training team members.Complete systems transactions as requested by Collections.Review/obtain underwriting and draft subordination agreements.Complete termination statements, discharges of mortgages, and system transactions as requested. Log all recorded mortgages, discharges and final title policies.Manage all aspects of consumer loan titling: lien placement, missing titles, termination statements, and obtaining necessary corrections. Accurately maintain, balance, and close cash drawers.Perform all duties related to maintaining proper insurance placement on all applicable collateralized loan accounts, including working with insurance tracking vendors to accurately obtain, track, force place and refund insurance.Perform all duties related to setting up, maintaining, and canceling member mortgage escrow accounts including accurately paying summer/winter taxes.Perform all duties related to tracking flood insurance, including sending notices to members to obtain flood insurance, researching flood certificates, and force-placing insurance.Monitor loan portfolio to ensure compliance with Servicemembers Civil Relief Act as needed.Process credit life, disability, and GAP insurance claims.Fund indirect auto loans.Fund and disburse checks on Home Equity Lines of Credit and Term Loans.Fund and complete all servicing tasks for commercial loans.Transfer mortgage loans from loan origination systems to servicing platform and fund.Review and process credit corrections and disputes via E-Oscar as needed.Complete loan quality assurance reviews.Prepare and ship mortgage documents to investors.Act as a back up to the Senior Loan Servicing Representative.Draft and process mortgage modifications.Perform other duties as directed by leadership. Qualifications Required:High school diploma or equivalent.4 years of loan servicing experience or related experience in a financial/lending institution.2 years of mortgage documentation experience.Demonstrated knowledge of loan servicing systems and procedures used in order to solve complex issues.Proficiency using Excel and Word. Qualifications Preferred:Proficiency using Symitar.Proficiency using Mortgage Servicer. Work requires an appropriate work environment in the home. In-office working conditions are normal. Lighting, temperature, audio, and work space are all sufficient.
