About the Role

The Senior HR Coordinator will partner with and support 600+ employees locally and coordinate with global HR colleagues in other regions. This role is responsible for ensuring HR systems are updated and accurate while also supporting the HR team on core HR processes and critical projects.

What You Will Do

• Assists and supports HRBPs with assigned projects or report requests as necessary
• Respond to employee questions. Research and escalate matters when appropriate.
• Assist Recruiters with sourcing, schedule interviews, and greet candidates
• Facilitate employee transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, etc.
• General HR Administration to include personnel file management, invoicing, expense reports, mail, scanning and copying documents
• Maintain confidential information, documents, and records
• Conduct new hire onboarding sessions and Benefits Orientation
• Coordinate new hire onboarding plans with appropriate stakeholders as needed
• Partner with HRBPs on continuous improvement plans in regards to onboarding, off boarding, and general HR policies
• Monitors Annual People Cycle; target setting, performance evaluation, and succession planning programs.
• Manage new employee documentation including I-9's
• Manage and maintain the integrity of employee data in global HR systems, including auditing and arranging correction
• Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
• Participate in local on-site employee engagement events
• Assist with local return to work initiatives

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Accuracy, attention to detail, strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

• ADP Global View or SAP experience.
• WorkDay Experience
• Microsoft Teams knowledge
• Experience with Visa/Immigration and Expat Assignments.

What Makes You Eligible

• Be willing to travel up to 5%, domestic only
• Be willing to work in an office in Novi, MI
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
