- - - - - -Provide Hotline Support.What you will be Doing: - - - - - - -Provide basic Technical Support remotely for EOS Customer install base - - - - - - -Collect Customer Machine Data package, upon receipt of incoming call - - - - - - -Call back to customer when Messaging System is notified - - - - - - -Maintain call hours, reporting in SAP CAT2 - - - - - - -Open notification in SAP for every new Customer Support call. Open service order when required. - - - - - - -Place basic orders in SAP. - - - - - - -Consume parts and close call upon completion of call. - - - - - - -Observe and maintain my-EOS e-mails.Route calls in reference to my-EOS instructions and guidelines - - - - - - -Provide first line support for customers - - - - - - -Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards - - - - - - -Work with Admin team on Aftermarket orders, answering to part specific questions,using Docware and SAP - - - - - - -Answering incoming customer call in alignment with answering service - - - - - - -Collection of customer and machine data, for further evaluation and processing steps by TSE
What We are Looking for: - - - - - - -Certified Technician or skilled worker in Electrical Engineering Technology - - - - - - -Two to three years of experience in servicing industrial equipment - - - - - - -Capable of data preparation for Additive Manufacturing using MAGICS and/or SolidWorks preferred. - - - - - - -Demonstrated product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems is a plus - - - - - - -Skilled in using written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions - - - - - - -Service standards: Account ownership and customer satisfaction - - - - - - -Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS- Windows, Network knowledge, MS-Office) - - - - - - -Ability to work independently and cope with pressure - - - - - - -Team oriented; flexibility and adaptability - - - - - - -Cost-consciousness - - - - - - -Professional appearance, great communication skills and professional conduct a must. - - - - - - -International travel required on an annual basis - - - - - - -Valid driver's license and passport - - - - - - - -Ability to rent a car
