Job Description:

Our customer located in the Novi, MI area is seeking to add 25+ individuals to their team for Plastics and CNC Machine Operating opportunities. Opportunities are from 1st Shift thru 3rd Shift and are contract to direct hire. Light industrial environment and immediate start.

Role: Machine Operator

CNC Operator (1st shift / 2nd shift / 3rd shift)
Plastic Operator(1st shift / 2nd shift / 3rd shift)

Responsibilities:


Start and stop Machines
Pick and pack parts
no lifting above 10 pounds
Ensure machines are operating and pushing out parts properly

Requirements:


Ability to work fulltime and have regular attendance
Ability to arrive at work on time and work full day
High School Degree, or equivalent education/background
Ability to stand and perform repeatable work daily
Opportunity for advancement and rate increases based on performance and attendance

Pay rates are $16 per hour for 1st shift - rate increase review upon direct hire / $16 per hour for 2nd shift and 3rd shift - $17 per hour - rate increase review upon direct hire.

Must be able to work fulltime - Monday thru Friday (rarely weekends, Saturdays) - 40 to 45 hours per week average.
