Reporting to the CFO, this position will have the responsibility of Payroll and Timekeeping; Human Resource Activities; Benefits; and various administrative tasks. This candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to make decisions about work priorities independently. Duties & Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) Process bi-weekly payroll Administer employee benefit programs (Healthcare, 401k, FMLA, Workers Comp, Leaves of Absence, etc.) Recruiting; background checks; on-boarding Perform and manage HR related duties as assigned Requirements Payroll processing experience Associate Degree Must have above average Microsoft Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and data management skills Must be detail oriented with problem solving skills What We Offer A great opportunity with challenges and a chance to grow independently A competitive salary and benefits program Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan with company match and more If you re looking for a great company to work for, you ve found it!
