A DAY IN THE LIFE AS IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST INTERN As a IT Support Specialist Intern you provide onsite technical support to our remote office locations. You communicate with your supervisor and affected co-workers on the progress toward established objectives with resolving system issues. You assist in upgrading and replacing computer hardware components and working with third party vendors for branch equipment upgrades. You will install and assist staff with various applications. Additional duties involve setting up and maintaining PC's at branch and department locations, installing and maintaining hardware peripherals at branch locations, and interacting with staff in the IT Department including support desk, network admins and Business Analysts. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST INTERN + Two or three years of college experience towards IT degree or certification + Knowledge of computer software and hardware + Effective communication skills. + Strong analytical skills. + Basic local area network knowledge + Prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. + Knowledge of information security and systems administration + Ability to travel within Metro Detroit area to Vibe locations + Knowledge of Office 365 + Maintain positive relationship with IT team and business units ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
