We are looking for passionate engineers who share our values. Our team is comprised of various integrated disciplines, including mechanical, structural, thermal, electrical, and software. Therefore, collaboration in group settings, ability to solve system integration challenges, and clear communication are valuable to becoming a successful team member.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop battery management systems and power converters.Lead the circuit design, testing, worst case analysis and DFMEA.Develops schematics, perform PCB layout, and work with external suppliers for fabrication.Brings up hardware designs, identify issues and quickly solve them.Interface with tier 2 suppliers on component selection and future generation component development.Mentor junior engineers in all aspects of circuit design.Support BMS control and diagnostic algorithms to achieve desired functionality, robustness, and safety.Support DV/PV test plan development.Support field returns and resolve quality issues.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
