Positions are available for -entry level through project leadership. We have a creative, fast pasted, dynamic environment supporting opportunities for team members to work on a variety of unique projects.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform work as outlined in project plan with efficiency and accuracyDesign and build parts and fixturesWelding - MIG, TIG, AluminumCut, fill, modify parts / vehicle as required for buildAbility to run Lathe, Mill, Saws, Plasma Cutter, Laser Table, CNC equipmentSheet Metal forming and bendingPipe/Tubing FabricationBend and Fit Steel and AluminumMetal finishingBuild and assemble partsVehicle modification per work instructionsAbility to read Blueprints and SchematicsAbility to read precision measuring tools: Calipers, Tape Measure, Dial indicatorExperience with use of Grinders, Sanders, Metal Brake, Tubing BenderMaintain a safe, clean, organized work environmentProvide input aligned with your experience and trainingTrack and report progressEnsure quality and safety are 100%Meet delivery timing for assignmentsMaintain -clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Minimum -5 years related experiencePrior automotive experienceAbility to troubleshoot problems and provide solutionsAbility to complete projects from (start to finish)Excellent attention to detailGreat attitude toward work and learningReliable - must report and be engage as scheduledWork as a team player with a positive attitudeDetail oriented, organized and efficientFocus on Safety and QualityReliable - must report and be engage as scheduledGreat attitude toward work and learningAppropriate tool set in roller toolboxAdditional Experience Supporting Expanded Opportunities:Design experiencePassion for vehicleClassic and/or Custom Vehicle experience (professional or hobbyist)Automotive SuspensionAutomotive ChassisMARTIN Technologies (MARTIN) is a full-service, global engineering and manufacturing company supporting OEM and Tier customers in the automotive, marine, aerospace and defense industries.
