Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Advocate for members by resolving complex issues and educating them
on healthcare benefits
Deliver high-quality chat support while managing multiple
concurrent interactions
Optimize the chat experience by identifying process improvements
and documenting interactions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
or benefits navigation
Experience in a chat-based role handling multiple conversations is
strongly preferred
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary systems and
processes
Remote work capability with a distraction-free workspace
Familiarity with chat-specific performance metrics and knowledge of
insurance plans is preferred
