seeking a motivated Youth Intern - Social Media Outreach to support
digital marketing and outreach initiatives. This role offers
hands-on experience in social media management, professional
communication, and workplace readiness within a technology and
workforce development environment. This position is ideal for youth
interested in marketing, communications, social media, digital
content, or business operations. Key Responsibilities Under
supervision, the Youth Intern will: Assist with creating and
scheduling social media content Support outreach efforts across
platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X Help draft
captions, announcements, and promotional posts Assist with basic
graphics, images, and short videos using simple tools Monitor
engagement and assist with basic performance tracking Maintain
content calendars and posting schedules Follow brand guidelines and
professional communication standards Support online community
engagement activities Assist with general administrative or
marketing-related tasks as needed Skills & Experience Gained
Professional digital communication skills Social media marketing
fundamentals Content creation and audience engagement Workplace
readiness and professional etiquette Time management,
accountability, and teamwork Exposure to digital tools, AI
platforms, and education technology Resume-building experience and
professional references Program Details Hours: Up to 30 hours per
week Duration: Approximately 4-6 months Start Date: ASAP Growth
