OVERVIEW:Customer Analysts are responsible for identifying, prospecting, consulting, and closing new opportunities for payment processing with the goal of increasing revenue. The ideal candidate is self-directed, self-motivated, and has a strong understanding of closing techniques and sales processes. The goal is to provide the highest quality service to our prospects by establishing positive relationships based on empathy, professionalism, and respect. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Developing and managing sales pipelines, promoting, and representing the Fortis brand image and services to prospective clientsPreparing and delivering concise and persuasive sales presentationsConsistent travel opportunity through networking events and industry trade showsMarketing and selling Financial TechnologiesRecommending total solutions to customers with knowledge of third-party interfaces and/or infrastructures
