Job Purpose
The Electrification Senior Business Analyst will provide support and planning of various ERP and related operations systems for Dana Electrification locations. This positoin can be located in either Novi, MI or Maumee, OH.Primary objectives for this position are:

• 
  
• Support and expand ERP functional capabilities as needed to achieve Electrification business requirements.
  
• Support and expand Integration of ERP with IT systems including Shop Floor, PLM, MES, etc.
  
• Work with internal customers to use the current capabilities to provide solutions as well as champion the use of new capabilities.
  
• Implement and support IT controls aligned with Sarbanes Oxley and other legal regulatory considerations where applicable.
  
• Lead development of process, data, and workflow modeling for individual Electrification plants and across multiple Electrification plants as required to deliver Dana's integrated "system" products. Special focus toward embedded software information and process needs.
  
• Engage with the support groups to enhance the customer experience

  • Will be a key lead for Electrification ERP and other related application support initiatives.
    
  • Provide expertise in the various applications that support plant operations under the ERP domain.
    
  • ERP systems include Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, but may include others.

    • Works as a part of the Dana IT organization to provide guidance on business process improvement through the use of the current and potentially new ERP capabilities.
      
    • Gains an in-depth understanding of Dana's strategies, initiatives, opportunities, and risks.
      
    • Develops a comprehensive understanding of ERP related environments within Dana.

        • Create specifications (Use Case, User Interface Specifications, and Data Mappings) for systems to meet business requirements.
          
        • Design layouts for the system and define data requirements to support design
          
          Job Duties and Responsibilities
          Requirements:
          
          Education
          
          
          • 
            
          • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, such as Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or Business or Associates Degree coupled with 10+ years professional experience
            
          • Additional related certifications are a plus.
            
            
            Experience
            
            
            • 
              
            • 3+ years' experience with either Oracle EBS or MS Dynamics AX ERP required.
              
            • Have background in Oracle EBS and MS Dynamics AX supporting manufacturing and financials modules.
              
            • Have ERP implementation experience.
              
            • Proven track record of working closely with Business contacts to clearly define business needs, possible solutions and successful drive the implementation of those solutions.
              
            • Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
              
            • Embedded software flashing experience a plus.
              
              
              Language Skills
              
              
              • 
                
              • English (fluency in reading, writing and speaking).
                
              • Multi-lingual would be a plus, especially French Canadian.
                
                
                Certifications

                • IIBA (CBAP,CCBA), APICS(CPIM,CIRM), ITIL would be a plus.
