We're hiring a licensed home inspector to assess the safety of our clients' properties! You'll conduct building inspections, document any damages, and provide clients with a thorough inspection report. Responsibilities

• Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed
• Complete building inspections prior to sale to ensure the home meets current standards for electrical systems, roofing, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, security systems, structural components, and building codes updates
• Plan with the real estate agent and the homeowner to gain access to the property for inspection
• Catalog each damaged fixture or system in need of repair so there are no surprises for buyers or sellers
• Calculate approximate costs of any repairs needed so that buyers and sellers can make informed decisions about what must be fixed to complete the sale
  We cover all E&O and GL insurance. Company vehicle and tools.

  • Pay percentage based on experience
  • 10-12 Inspections a week
  • State-of-the-art inspection software that allows you to finish the report BEFORE you leave the inspection
  • That's right - no more finishing inspections at home!!!!
  • We use thermal imaging cameras on every inspection
  • We offer sewer scopes, radon, and air quality as well as other services that our inspectors also perform
  • Paid during training
  • We work Monday - Friday and some Saturdays
  • Office staff to schedule and manage office things
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form
    • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills
    • Understands components of assessing needed repairs for an entire home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security systems, and more
    • Must be able to manage very detailed aspects of the inspection and reporting process
    • Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
