DOT!The Construction Underground Estimator position's accountability includes, but is not limited to:---Project selection---Take-offs---Estimating the project from cradle to grave---Bid submission---Budget preparation---Project risk analysisQualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Heavy Highway & Heavy Civil construction, estimating underground (Storm Drain, Sewer and Water) and earthworks
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Exposure to DOT Construction Estimating
