ABOUT THE TEAM This team works closely with all departments at Best Buy Health Inc. (Customer Operations, SWDEV/SQA, Sales and Billing Ops) and outside vendors and manufacturers. Their main responsibilities include supporting customer products, order processing, technical support, internal product testing, and shipping and receiving duties ABOUT THE JOB As the Logistics Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will be to provide various support needs in the daily activities of the Product Support Center, which include resolution of issues related to the accurate and timely processing of technical support, phone replacements and swaps, reporting, shipping and receiving functions, and document updates or log actions that have been completed. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support Best Buy Health Inc.'s Product Support Center in the day to day activities, including inventory tracking, reporting, ordering, audits, and reconciliation of products * Assist in shipping and receiving activities * Monitor CostGuard billing system data to support assigned escalations from Customer Service Representatives * Review order processing to understand exceptions and assist in researching and correcting those CostGuard exceptions * Process daily technical support modification requests from the call centers, including cancellations, address updates, and rerouting * Resolve elevated escalations from customers and Best Buy Health Inc. staff regarding Product Support Center shipped or received products * Assist in new product launches including system setup, Bill of Material (BOM's), testing, and processing documents * Provide assistance to supplier/manufacturer with product warranty issues * Support other departments including Engineering and Marketing with programs and projects related to Best Buy Health Inc.'s products * Other duties as assigned Education: High school diploma or GED required Basic Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience in a product-based product environment required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics/quality assurance/customer care-based environment required. Preferred Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Customer Service systems preferred * Minimum 6 months of experience with CostGuard billing system preferred * Prior experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in a product-based product environment required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics/quality assurance/customer care-based environment required.
